Personality;;
Back in Maine, Olivia would have been described as the sweetest and most innocent girl anyone knew. She has a soft spot for children, and has been helping kids with autism since a very young age. She is very intelligent and graduated high school with a 3.9 GPA. She is a trustworthy friend and you can trust her with any secret (that is, until she has a drink). She can't tell a joke if her life depended on it, but has a laugh that is hard to forget.
However, those who really know Olivia understand that she is not as religious as they thought, and most definitely not as innocent. When Olivia applied to Seaview University she hoped to be able to create a new personality for herself. She wanted to become the crazy, fun girl she has always wanted to be, and she can finally do that without her parents breathing down her neck. But, at moments, those who are closest to her can see how good-hearted she really is. Despite her desperate attempt to change her personality, she is still the same sweet little girl she always was.
Appearance;;
Olivia has naturally wavy brunette hair that barely makes it over her small chest. When she is outside or the light hits it, her hair can have a reddish tint (there have been arguments over whether she is a red-hed or a brunette). She is 5'6 and weighs around 115 pounds. Her eye color is a dark green, and look good with her somewhat-tan complexion. She has a few freckles scattered on her face, and dark, but shaped eyebrows. Her memorable smile is from her mother, but her defined jaw line is from her father. Her outfit choice depends on her mood. In Maine she was forced to dress to her parents liking and approval, but at Seaview she plans on dressing to please herself, and her new crazy personality.
Past;;
Eighteen years ago Olivia Brooke Dixon was born in New York City, but her parents decided to uproot and move to a small town in Maine, just weeks after her birth. She grew up with a brother, Lucas, that was four years older than her. They were a very close family and the parents were both extremely laid back. That is, until Lucas was killed was killed in a hit and run car accident. His death destroyed her family, causing her father to walk out on them with a new girlfriend, and Olivia never saw him again. Lucas's accident lead to Olivia's constant phobia of even being near a car. Her mother only encouraged this fear, and didn't allow Olivia to get her license, or even her permit. Olivia's mother, became strictly religious and enforced it on Olivia. Her mother remarried when Liv was 14 to the principal of her private catholic school.
Liv's mother was continuously becoming more and more strict with her education and how she was doing academically, as well as what she wore. At one point, Liv was not even allowed out of the house if she wore a skirt or dress that wasn't at least to her finger tips when her arms hung loose. Liv was only allowed out of the house for four things. One: Going to school. Two: Going to church. Three: Helping out after school in the special education program. Four: Track and Cross country. It was a wonder she was allowed to do a sport! She has always loved kids, especially those that needed her more than ever. She wanted to go to Seaview University to study psychology and major in Applied Behavior Analysis, where she can later on help children and adults with autism and disabilities. Her mother and step father loved the fact that she enjoyed helping children in need.
The only good thing about her step father was that he helped discover her acting and singing skills by introducing her to the school's drama director. During senior year of high school, she starred in her first musical and discovered she loved it and hoped to somehow do something with acting later on in her life. Olivia wasn't always the perfect daughter during high school (although her parents didn't know that). She would skip classes with her friends and her boyfriend at the time. However, this became a lot harder when her mom got remarried to the principal.
She believed she fell far from the tree, and tried to show her parents that she didn't want to have to follow their strict rules, but it was no use. Her mother and step father were extremely stubborn, and even more so when it came to picking a college. With her mother breathing down her neck when it came to school, and her step father the principal of the school, it practically ensured her the spot of valedictorian and the free range of colleges. But she wanted to get as far away from their strict parenting and she desired to live a carefree life where she can go out drinking and to the beach as often as she wants. Her parents had her apply to all religious based schools and one school of her choice; Seaview University. Both of them were more than disappointed with her choice, but surprisingly managed to support her in it. They made her promise she would still follow all of their rules, and they gave her a promise ring, and they had her promise she would not lose her virginity until she was married. She chose to not inform them that she already lost it with her boyfriend. During her last few weeks at home, she decided to break it off with her boyfriend so that they would both be able to experience the fun of college. It was sad for her at first leaving home, but the closer the date got to the start of school, the more excited she became to leave home.
