Seaview University was established in 1972, off of the southern coast of the United States. It is a four year university, with many different majors and degrees offered. The application process is extensive, and only the brightest students are accepted to the school. Going to this school is a unique college experience for students, as they are surrounded by college students, whether they be from Seaview or other campuses across the island. Generally, but not as a rule, these students tend to come from wealthy families, because of the price of the school. However, financial aid is offered to some, and therefore the student body is extremely diverse in background and lifestyle.

 While the students that attend the school are extremely smart, they are still college students. This unique living situation means that most students divide their time fairly equally between studying and enjoying themselves. Students and faculty living together can be interesting as well, as neither can ever escape the other. Seaview has its fair share of drama, scandal, and other issues that may arise, but nonetheless, the school remains a tight knit community, if not a family.
