This is a ten story building where all of the classrooms on campus are located. The science rooms are on the bottom floor, while the art department is on the top floor. All of the classrooms are state of the art, with the newest technology. No class is larger than 40 students, and the university prides itself on that fact.

This building is seven floors, composed of all glass. The second through seventh floors house all of the offices for professors of the university. All of the offices of the professors are expansive, and they are able to furnish it themselves, making all of the offices unique. They all have a glass wall, with blinds, as many professors say they feel as they are in a fishbowl. The first floor is another lounge on campus for students.
If you need to meet with a professor or other faculty member, their offices are all located in this building.

Attached to the student center, the dining hall has two separate areas. The kitchen is buffet style, with many different types of foods the students can choose from. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large, rectangular space holds all of the tables. Breakfast is held 8-11, lunch from 11:15-2, and dinner from 4:30-9. On the weekends, brunch goes from 11-2.

So large it requires its own building, this colossal structure sits across campus, not particularly close to any building. Inside, it features a student fitness center, basketball court, hockey rink and an outside soccer field. These sports arenas are large, as Seaview University is a D1 school, and students pride themselves on their school spirit.

Trying to increase its student population and publicity, Seaview built a stable and arena six months ago. The school now has a riding program, and students are allowed to take the horses out for rides around the island as they please.

A two story glass and brick building looking over the ocean simply for the entertainment of the students residing on campus. It is furnished with leather couches and chairs, as well as a few flat screens. There is a corner of the second floor which houses a game room of sorts. Occasionally, pool tournaments are hosted here.
