Welcome to Seaview University! Our campus is located on an island off the southern coast of the United States. Founded in 1972, the school is still fairly new. Although it is fairly well known, the school does not have an abundance of students, with a population of around 1500 living on campus. If you are interested in becoming a student or faculty member, feel free to send in an application!

This is a ten story building where all of the classrooms on campus are located. The science rooms are on the bottom floor, while the art department is on the top floor. All of the classrooms are state of the art, with the newest technology. No class is larger than 40 students, and the university prides itself on that fact.

This building is seven floors, composed of all glass. The second through seventh floors house all of the offices for professors of the university. All of the offices of the professors are expansive, and they are able to furnish it themselves, making all of the offices unique. They all have a glass wall, with blinds, as many professors say they feel as they are in a fishbowl. The first floor is another lounge on campus for students.

If you need to meet with a professor or other faculty member, their offices are all located in this building.

Attached to the student center, the dining hall has two separate areas. The kitchen is buffet style, with many different types of foods the students can choose from. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large, rectangular space holds all of the tables. Breakfast is held 8-11, lunch from 11:15-2, and dinner from 4:30-9. On the weekends, brunch goes from 11-2.

So large it requires its own building, this colossal structure sits across campus, not particularly close to any building. Inside, it features a student fitness center, basketball court, hockey rink and an outside soccer field. These sports arenas are large, as Seaview University is a D1 school, and students pride themselves on their school spirit.

Trying to increase its student population and publicity, Seaview built a stable and arena six months ago. The school now has a riding program, and students are allowed to take the horses out for rides around the island as they please.

A two story glass and brick building looking over the ocean simply for the entertainment of the students residing on campus. It is furnished with leather couches and chairs, as well as a few flat screens. There is a corner of the second floor which houses a game room of sorts. Occasionally, pool tournaments are hosted here.

Aster Hall is the residence hall on campus for sophomores. It is very similar to Juniper, however the rooms are slightly larger and they are painted, similar to the rest of the upperclassmen dorms. In Aster, there is a small lounge on the first floor, with a couple of leather couches, chairs, as well as a flat screen mounted on the wall.

The oldest residence hall on campus, freshman have the misfortune of living here. While compared to most colleges in the area, it is still one of the nicer residence halls on the island, out of Seaview's dormitories, it seems that it is lacking. The rooms are doubles, triples, or quads, and students are either assigned randomly to each other, or they can choose their roommates. The rooms are respective sizes to however many students are living in one room, and each room has an attached bathroom. The only drawback that seems to be living in these rooms is the size and the bland white that all of the rooms and halls are painted.

This is the residence hall on campus for juniors. Singles, doubles, and suites are available in this dorm for the students, all with attached bathrooms. It is located very close in proximity to the student center. The rooms, as with Palm Hall, are all painted varying shades of pastel colors. While the rooms are not small, they are not as expansive as the rooms in Palm, either. However, as a whole, the students seem very happy living here.

The newest (and nicest) residence hall on campus. Because it is the newest, seniors have the option of living here. The rooms are extremely spacious, and are suite style. Each dorm includes a common area, four bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The rooms are redone each year, and unlike typical dorm rooms, they are all done in varying pastels. It is only four floors, because many seniors at this point choose to live off campus. This dorm is also right on the beach, which is one of the reasons many seniors choose to stay on campus.

As the name suggests, these apartment complexes are located along the beach, with most of the rooms overlooking the ocean. Many students who are living off campus choose to live here because of the view, even though the apartments are much smaller than those of Villa Suites.

Twenty stories high, this apartment building is for students as well as faculty. It is located half a mile from the school. Each apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a common area. The draw to this building may be that it has an olympic sized heating swimming pool on the ground floor, as well as two attached hot tubs.

These apartments are located a mile and a half from the school, on the crest of Rosewood Hill. Rightly named, many pink colored plants and flowers grow in this area. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen and a common area. Although the view is beautiful, the distance to the schools is not appealing to some.
Villa Suites

Located approximately one mile from the school, this apartment high rise is where most of the faculty choose to live. All apartments are three bedroom, two bath, with a kitchen and two common rooms. They are very large in size, and are complimentary when individuals choose to work at Seaview, since it is in such a remote area.

White sand and crystal clear waters are what can be found on this beach. Students are always here tanning, swimming, and even snorkeling. Day or night, the beach is the place to be.

Whether it's watching a volleyball tournament or simply having fun with friends on the beach, the volleyball court is always a busy spot. It is open to the public when there are not games hosted by the school in progress.

A five minute walk from the bar, a small strip mall is located along the beach. Many small stores come and go, but the students seem to be pleased with the major chains located here: Hollister, American Eagle, Victoria's Secret, along with others. There are also a few sit down restaurants strewn about the boardwalk as well.

Strategically placed very close to the school, this bar is a nighttime hotspot for both students and faculty. Right on the ocean, it features a gorgeous view, and a wide variety drinks. Memories--and bad decisions are made here.
